Esther was really helpful about organising transport for Merlin my cat and me from Devon to the Midlands. Esther's communication before the journey was clear, comprehensive and reassuring. She is very experienced at her work, and understands the value of talking through all the factors needed to make transporting a pet go well. The van we travelled in was set up very cleverly to make it easy to get Merlin in, and he was able to have a comfortable journey and be looked after well. I would definitely recommend Esther to anyone who needs transport for their pet

I can’t recommend Esther and her VIP Pet Travel service enough. I have used her services 3 times now, twice for a puppy, and once for my parrot. Extremely helpful, kind, professional and very supportive throughout. If you are looking for someone who truly cares about your beloved pet and ensures their wellbeing and comfort is top priority, you’ve come to the right place! Highly recommended.

Esther made everything so easy. We made a last minute decision to get another puppy from our previous breeders but couldn’t make the long nearly 8 hour round trip. Esther was really accommodating, all communication put me at ease. You can tell Esther really cares about all animals and really makes them feel like VIPs. Once arrived Esther made the first meeting really easy for the doggos (and us). The van is such a good set up. I would recommend this service to anyone. I didn’t feel guilty about not picking up pupster myself.

We had a big move from Bedfordshire to Yorkshire, and were concerned about best way to transport our mature cat, and ensure his safety and well-being whilst the movers moved us out and then into our new home. Esther was great and very good at updating us, and providing some practical help and advice. For the actual transport, our VIP had lots of room to move about, and on arrival she came in with him and helped settle him. Super service, and so glad that we decided to bite the bullet and go with that option. Better for the stress levels of humans and cat alike, and 2 days later, he seems really well settled.

She kept me in the loop the whole time, which made everything so much less stressful. Super friendly, informative, and clearly great with animals! I can't praise this company enough,the attention given to the whole operation,from the excellent facilities in Esthers Van ,.to the travel arrangements agreed.Esthers attention was second to none,she kept us all informed at all times from my sister who was sending the kittens to me,to the friend taking delivery of them on my behalf,before their ongoing train journey. We run a farm and had a situation arise where we were unable to collect our new puppy personally. After our initial call to VIP Pet Travel, we rested assured that collection of our Vizsla puppy was in safe hands. Esther jumped on board straight away communicating to all parties at every stage. A most rewarding, pleasant experience which Esther took care of in a most professional manner. I would recommend Esther who clearly loves animals and gives peace of mind that your loved one is in safe hands.
